Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During launches or high-volume sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ship your order quickly, Love, Sage is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Love, Sage is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly. We're always happy to help guide you through the process if needed.
